Interesting... not sure how her school districts work but you can walk two blocks in either direction from my house and be in a different school district. If my sitter was three blocks away, and will only take kids to one school, I'd have to apply for out of district status to get my kids in.

Each province and state has different regulations relating to intervention with regards to mental illness. In Ontario, chidren from the age of 12 have the right accept or decline treatment for mental health issues.

KJR - actually it was not at all unusual to have unmarried daughters of that age living at home. Daughters who did not marry were not free to go and set-up their own homes.

The mother offered the alternate of having the child scanned. The worker should have enough authority to do that.

The hotel I worked in would just bill you for the robe at $150 buck - $75 for the one you took and $75 to replace it. When Housekeeping checked the room after check-out they would call the front desk and advise that the robe was missing.

Nicely written Hans! Being modest in the sight of God can be handled in ways other than a full face veil. The religious sisters of the Catholic Church cover their bodies and head as an act of modesty. Many other faiths also request that their women and men dress with modesty.

The article states that his hours are 8:30am to 3:30pm - that is not part time! It also said that he had stepped back from taking new criminal trials but was handling the full case load of civil cases.

Rich in NY - for many the care of dementia patients is the most challenging. My mother began having memory issues at 52 and was diagnosed with early onset alzheimer's at 58. By the time she was 63 she was bedridden and vegetative.
